Numero 3, settembre 2011 - Giudizio e autorità
Talvolta si percepisce una sorta di discrepanza tra il giudizio pronunciato dall’individuo e l’ordine sociale in cui riversa la sua creatività umana in riferimento ad una autorità. La conseguenza è che la società non è più considerata come l’ambito in cui l’individuo stesso matura una sua fio- ritura. Ma che cosa significa giudicare? Quale è il nesso del giudizio con l’autorità? È questo un riferimento obbligato, necessario? A fronte di tali interrogativi, proponiamo in esclusiva l’inter- vista a Martha Nussbaum, docente di Diritto ed Etica presso la University of Chicago, e il saggio di Roger Scruton, Arte, bellezza e giudizio. Molti sono inoltre gli interventi volti a fornire una analisi dettagliata del rapporto giudizio-autorità da un punto di vista filosofico, giuridico e politico.
